Fitness With Out All The Work.... How Can That Be?

Fitness mainly refers to the body being in a healthy state. It
is great to see that some people are making a commitment to a
lifetime of good fitness, however it would be better if there
were many more joining in.

According to the Bible, our body is our temple, so it is our
own job to uphold it well. This is why we should take care of
our bodies and minds, as this is really a gracious act.

This doesn't mean that it is easy; it will be hard to do. But
no matter how challenging you may find it to be, you will find
it that much more rewarding in the end. Do you want a happy and
healthy life? It is only obtainable if you work hard for it.

Fitness exercise is essential to one's basic routine. An active
fitness regiment increases the body's immunity and fights
against heart disease, which is a major killer.

There are far too many unhealthy people walking the world
today. Therefore, various diseases plague greater numbers of
people. Although this is against the patients' wishes the
hospitals still are attracting lots of clients and hence this
business is prospering day by day.

As according to the Council of the President on Physical
Fitness and the Surgeon General, the problem arises with teens
since they are slacking on doing the recommended amount of
activities. This group makes up 33 % of the American population.


They usually carry the attitude of neglecting physical fitness
of these youths as they turn into adults. This means that these
future adults will have weakened resistance and will suffer from
different types of diseases.

The National Institute on Aging reported that only 58% of
Americans are engaged in a lifetime fitness program, and they
are only able to work fitness into their spare time. Only about
26 percent are regularly performing the lifetime fitness
program. Of this group, most exercise three times a week.

The importance of a commitment to lifetime exercise is always
being stressed. Most people usually neglect this commitment.
Frequently, people used to disregard the fact that it can really
do an enhancement on the value of one's life.

Most probably you have already heard that the common causes of
deaths in this country are heart disease, stroke, accidents
caused by unintended injuries, cancer and chronic lower
respiratory ailments. These diseases are actually the five most
common causes of deaths yearly as reported by the Center for
Disease Control.

Have you ever really thought about it? These everyday killers
could so easily be stopped beforehand! That would call for
people to exercise more, however and they would need to be a
part of a lifetime fitness program. These do not include the
reported accidental deaths.

We are not only talking about physical exercise when we refer
to a lifetime fitness program. This program also incorporates
nutritional guidelines, which must be followed.

For sure, if you commit to a lifetime of physical fitness, your
life will be extended and certainly be enjoyed. People can enjoy
their lives more when they have a healthy mind and a healthy
body.

The rest is up to you. Will you take care of your health and
commit to a lifetime of fitness? If you abuse it you will suffer
when you're older.
